Most teams already have tool and asset data spread across spreadsheets, apps, ERP systems, maintenance logs, and inventory platforms. Simple answers still require too much chasing.

We’re building ToolTracking.ai with input from the teams who manage tools, equipment, inventory, audits, and field accountability every day.
ToolTracking.ai is still being shaped. Here’s what we know so far.
Not exactly. ToolTracking.ai is being built as an AI layer for tool and asset data. The goal is to help teams get answers and take action across the systems they already use.
The first goal is to connect with existing systems, not replace them. Over time, some teams may use ToolTracking.ai as their primary interface for tool and asset operations.
Construction companies, field service teams, equipment managers, warehouse teams, maintenance teams, and operations leaders who need better visibility.
Examples include “Where is this tool?”, “Who has overdue equipment?”, “What tools are missing?”, “Which assets need inspection?”, and “Send me a weekly summary.”
